The 145th Annual Meeting of our congregation is coming up on Sunday, February 9 at 11:30 in the sanctuary immediately following an abbreviated worship service. All active members are strongly encouraged to attend so that we have a quorum to vote on our budget and our nominated leaders.
Please note that you will receive an email with the 2025 Budget and the Nominating Slate on Sunday, January 26 and an email with the Annual Report a few days before the Annual Meeting. Our treasurer, Anne McKereghan, and our Budget Team will hold and Q&A on the 2025 budget via Zoom on Wednesday, February 5 at 7:00 pm.
Following the Annual meeting there will be a potluck in the Fellowship Hall. You can RSVP for the potluck at this link.
If you know that you are responsible for an annual report and have not yet sent it in, please do so with all alacrity. Any report received after 12:00 pm on Sunday, February 2nd will not be included in the annual report. You can email your reports to Logan at logan@fccalameda.org.
