As part of our congregation’s commitment to explore becoming a Black Wealth Builder Congregation you are encouraged to participate in a Racial Wealth Gap Simulation conducted by Rev. Barry Cammer. This Simulation will help us deepen our understanding of the laws and policies that have created and continue to create a large gap between white and Black communities in our country. Participants will get a first-hand experience of how these laws advantage some while disadvantaging others. We will conduct the Simulation upstairs right after worship on Sunday, February 23rd. It takes 60 minutes. Please grab some refreshments downstairs as quickly as you can, and come back up to join us for this very interesting time of learning.
